Glaring is a product of Glow Interactive(“GLOW”, “we”, “us”), 333 Hudson St, Suite 304, New York, NY 10013. This policy describes what information we collect through the glaring.ai website and the Glaring platform, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Forms you submit. When you request a snapshot or demo or send us a contact message, we collect the name, work email, brand or domain, and message you provide. We use it to respond to your request and follow up about Glaring.
- Account information. If you have a Glaring platform account, we store your name, email address, and sign-in details. Google sign-in shares your name and email with us; we never see your Google password.
- Usage and technical data. Our hosting provider records standard request logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to run and secure the service. The website stores your display preferences (like dark mode) in your browser; the platform uses cookies to keep you signed in.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell your personal information, and we never have.
- We don’t run third-party advertising or share your information with advertisers.
- We don’t use your form submissions for anything beyond responding to you and providing the service.
Service providers
We rely on a small set of vendors to run Glaring, each processing data only on our behalf: Vercel (website and application hosting), Neon (database hosting), Resend (transactional email), and Google (optional sign-in). The AI engines Glaring measures are queried about brands and public sources, not about you.
Retention
We keep form submissions for as long as they’re relevant to an active conversation or business relationship, and account data for as long as your account exists. You can ask us to delete either at any time.
Your choices
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by reaching out through the contact form in the site footer. We’ll respond within 30 days.
Children
Glaring is a business tool and isn’t directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and revise the date at the top. Material changes affecting platform users will also be announced in the product.
